This training is for those who will be receiving help requests, contacting those who need assistance, screening the case and assigning the case to the relevant provider/s.

During the needs coordinator training staff will learn how to pick up a case; case prioritisation; screening cases to assess the needs; assigning cases to providers/s; completing cases.
