This course is for personnel who are potentially going to work in an activated Coordination Centre in response to an emergency. It is part of a national framework of training and aims to provide an introduction to the Coordination Centre environment. |
This course is designed as an introduction to anyone who may work as part of the Recovery function in response. Learners will work through key processes needed to set up and run the recovery function within a coordination centre.

- Impacts and consequences
The in-person workshop content covers the following:
- Establishing a CIMS Recovery function
- Situational awareness and impact mapping

- Requirements for a Recovery Office
- Self-management
