This training is for those who may act as a Welfare Function Manager during an event, receiving support requests relevant to Civil Defence or Local Council, e.g. food, temporary accommodation, rubbish removal – and ensuring that this assistance is provided to the requestee.

During the welfare delivery coordinator training, staff will learn how to pick up pending assignments; accept or decline these assignments as appropriate and how to complete assignments in the portal once support has been delivered.
