This course has been developed for staff and volunteers who will work in a civil defence centre as a supervisor. Participants will learn key skills and processes needed to care for the public and lead a team of workers during an emergency response. This course combines both online and in person training to ensure that participants are ready to respond during any civil defence emergency.
