Welcome to the Hamilton City Council Emergency Operations Centre Orientation page.  

Here you can sign up to one of the monthly EOC orientations held at the HCC Emergency Operations Centre on level 2 of the Genesis Building at 94 Bryce Street. Inductions are held on the first Wednesday of every month (except for January) and will only take 1 hour. You will have needed to complete the online ITF Foundation course before signing up for this course (see the sidebar for the link). 

The orientation will give you the chance to get to know the layout of the EOC, how to set it up in an emergency and meet your Emergency Management Officers. You will also get the chance to ask any questions you have about civil defence, emergency responses or anything else you are curious about in the Emergency Management realm.
